The Buyer that walks into a new home builder's office and works with the sales agent who represents the builder. Why would NOT a Buyer hire an agent to represent "their" interest? Most of the time, the services of a Buyer's agent are free and I doubt if the agent is going to provide the values of other homes in the community - BUT I DO!!!! Why? Because if you hire me, I will work and represent your interests. Plain and simple.
Yes, others might say...Hey property # 1 was a bank owned home, had no appliances, needed carpet and paint. Well, I would say maybe and maybe not. Even if the condition of property # 1 is poor, this information can only assist in the home buying process and let the Buyer decide.
